As a State Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor (License #CUC12226281), we specialize in the installation, repair, and modification of water, sewer, and storm systems throughout the state. Our team also offers turnkey site development solutions, including grading, excavation, asphalt paving, concrete work, soil stabilization, and erosion control.

Our founder, Randy Raffield, got his start in the civil construction industry over 10 years ago with Wetherington Tractor Service. Before that, he worked as a commercial fisherman with the family business, Raffield Fisheries, learning the kind of work ethic and grit that still define our company today.
In 2023, Raffield Site Development was officially formed but the foundation was laid long before that, through years of hands-on experience and the support of people who believed in us.
